great for baking cakes
I read the reviews here before I bought the mixer. Seems that some reviews say it does not work quite well with cookie doughs or other hard to mix stuff, but since my primary use of it is for cakes, I do not have that concern. I usually use it to whip egg whites, eggs, creams, and sometimes mix cake batters. It works very well so far. One thing though, it is kind of heavy for a girl, especially if you have to hold it for more than 15 minutes. But hey, you get what you have paid for. Until I get a stand mixer, this is a good temporary substitute.
Great hand mixer
This hand mixer does a great job! We use it for mashed potatos, frosting, and for whipping cream. I especially love that it comes with an attachable whisk. That is my favorite. I also like that is sits on a storage container for the mixers and whisk. It's a great way to keep everything together.
Hand held mixer
Been great so far. Had cracked snap on storage case when I received it (had been noted when I ordered it) but the case was replaced by Hamilton Beach with a better one at no cost to me, including shipping charges.
Best Mixer Ever
I knew I needed a new mixer, but if I would of had any idea how much power this one has I would have bought it years ago.
Great little mixer!
This mixer is great for those small quick things where pulling out the big stand mixer would be over kill. Works as it should, easy to clean, compact to store.
