Great product, allows you to try several flavors for a good price
Spicy sounds good as well and I can't wait to try it. These spices work great with ground beef and the Nesco jerky gun, or mixed with water and used as a marinade for a sliced roast. The cure seems to work fine and the jerky has lasted several months in the freezer.

this really makes things simple....you can add stuff to these packets to make it your own ! everyone who's tried my jerky has loved it.
Jerky spice
I do recommend adults with kids use the hot stuff. The kids ate all the other jerky but the spicy was too much for them so that's what I got to eat most of. All in all, this kit was excellent and the price was even better.

I'm a fan of making homemade beef jerky and the Nesco products are great. I really like the combination of flavors in this package.
Best Beef Jerkey Seasoning there is
I ordered this to make beef jerkey for snacks, on the road trips and just to eat cause it's so darn good! The seasoning mix is great and easy to use, I use it on cut meats instead of ground meat. If you want the best tasting jerkey buy the Nesco Jerkey Spices.
